Hi all,
I need to get a battery for my M6TTL but I don't know where to go in Toronto. Can the forum offer any suggestions?
Also, this is the first time I've ever had to replace it, can someone tell me the procedure?
Thanks very much ya'll!
Best,
Chris

I don't remember the street, but there is a Leica dealer within 10-15 minute walking distance of the Delta Chelsea Hotel. Another way to say it is that it's about the same distance and direction from the brightly-lit-up square that is, I think, on Yonge. The store would be a bit south from there.

Here's a link to a copy of the M6 TTL manual, which details battery replacement:

Sorry, can't help with where to go in Toronto, but if you struggle to find one there, you can always get them on Ebay.

Hey wait a minute, I wasn't fully awake yet. All you need is a 3-volt lithium battery--a DL 1/3, meaning 3 volts in one unit. You can get those all over the place: any camera store, and other places as well. If they don't have that, you can use two 1.5v silver oxide batteries.

Eight Elm, I think does Leica or Downtown Camera.
