I like that table shots too

I assume the dog's name is Chili?

I thought this was another thread along the "Cameras and coffee" line, just much more specific.

Nice shots by the way.

I like these photos very much and as well as showing well the qualities of the lens and the photographer's timing and composition, to my mind they also reflect the M7 too, in the exposure. One of the great strengths of this model is the AE greatly facilitates such shots with minimal depth of field being properly exposed. I know it can be done with manual cameras but in my experience I tend to use the middle apertures of lenses more frequently on my M3 than I do with the same lenses on the M7 when using AE. That's one of the reasons I sold my MP and kept the M7. Such quick grab shots are the Leica's forte and the M7's AE helps them come out well.

the AE mode is the reason for what I've bought a M7,
but I often use "her" in M mode like my MP.
I won't sell one of them, I like both and use them parallel.
100 ASA in the MP and 400 ASA in the M7.
The chili shooting was little bit of test driving the Retro 100 film,
and of course my lovely daughter and her friend.
