I live in NYC and there is a Manhattan store selling and M8.2 with very light brassing for 3500.00 flat. Over all, it's a very preety copy.
Any thoughts or opinions are greatly appreciated.
Also note that if I every did flip my lid and get the m8.2, my wife would have me on the sofa for the next 6 months.
- Would you or wouldn't you?

My general advice is to only buy cameras you can afford to buy. The corollary is that winters can get very cold on a sofa.

any brassing on a camera that new would be a bit worrisome to me. Also, the prices seem a bit steep.

Plenty of things you can do on a sofa - even if only with a camera..
