crop factor 1.33 so 21 x 1.33 = 28

Posting photos from the M8 to appear like these continues to be a complete puzzle to me. If I am able to transfer anything, they always show up as tiny tumbprints or worse, very wee attachments.

What exactly did you do to transfer these M8 shots AND make them appear so large in this string?

If there is a tutorial or other instruction on this, it's very well hidden!

If you have your pics hosted somewhere like flickr, pbase, photobucket, etc you can copy the image link (right click on your pic & chose 'copy image address'), then press the little image icon above where you write your text (little yellow sqare with mtn) & paste the address in. It's just like magic!

-edit- make sure the image you are linking to is a max of 800 pixels on the long side...

Different, better, iso ....... is not what the thread is about. However, if you had two identical images I am sure you will see a major difference between the M8 and D-Lux. You can't see it on a postage stamp size print for a monitor but you sure can when yo decide to enlarge and bring out the detail. Regardless, I wonr get drawn into a meaningless conversation about one vs the other. Again, it's not what this thread is about.

Not until he can get a refurbished unit or find one used on the net at a significant discount. This seems to be the common theme when reviewing his criteria for when a product is fit to be owned- one need only review his posting record. It seems that he is attempting to hasten this key buy.
