Hello to all, The PROBLEM IS SOLVED BY LEICA
I purchased a demo M8 from a Leica Dealer and tried to use the Capture one Le CD.
Key number to activate it. I was told by Phase One that the CD was used buy someone else and I can not use it. My bad luck.
Does anyone here have the Capture one Le and not using it, I would appreciate it . If I could get your key # so I can use Capture one L

It is the responsibility of the dealer to sort this. The previous owner should deactivate his registation with Phase one.

I Sent the first Cd to my dealer two weeks ago and he sent it to Leica Leica sent it back to me on Tue,but the key was used. The REAL problem was My updated operating system (MAC) would not read the first CD, which I though was a corrupted Cd. I called Leica today and waiting for a reply.
So I though this would be faster, if some one is not using theirs, as having to do this (sending it back Again) or what ever.

I have the same issue. Please let us know what the response is from Leica.

The problem was the Capture Le was an older version and would not work on My updated Apple computer 10.5. I called Leica and was told to down load the new Capture 4 and use the old key on the CD I have and It works. Leice gave me the key # from the Cd I sent back.
