Hey everybody,
A few days ago, i accidentally dropped the baseplate of my M8 while changing batterys...
Now I'm having problems concerning the mechanism to keep the baseplate attached to the camera. It still locks very well and shuts tightly, but the little lever outside (the one you have to turn to open the camera) seems to have untightend itself.
Normally this little lever is supposed to sit in the little "hole" on the downside of the M, unfortunately it's dangling around now when I'am shooting...
Does anybody ever had the same problem?
Kind regards,
Niels

Yes, I've had it. Any repairman can fix it quickly and cheaply. You can probably do it yourself but I don't know how.

Thanks to all for your help, it's just that I don't like cases that much and Luigis special plate is a bit too expensive for me right now...(I'am sure it's great nontheless!)
I think I'll pay a visit to my local dealer on monday, in hope they are able to fix it quickly.
