Hi,
I am going to France for the month of March and am missing the European adapter plug for my M8 brick battery charger. I know I can use the US plug with an generic European adapter, but if anyone has the one that came with the charger that they will not be using, or can lend theirs to me, I would appreciate it. I am in the US and will gladly pay for postage, and if a loan, I will return it. Please send PM if you can help.
Thanks,
Michael.

It's just a normal european "figure 8" power lead, you can buy them from lots of places, e.g. http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/338137760/europe_power_cord_with_figure_8.html
I've never used that company, I live in the UK, so it's not recommendation, that's just the top hit on google.

I fear you are thinking of the M8.2 and M9 adapter (and late M8, for all I know). The original 'brick' adapter for the M8 has slide-in adapters that are a unique (or at least unusual) fitting.
As far as I recall, though, the US adapter will go into (and work with) 115/230v shaving sockets in hotels. The OP should check this with someone else before relying on it.
Cheers,
R.
