How did the M8 break your computer system's monitor?

Not bad at all (price wise). I can't see your average consumer DSLR being any cheaper in repair.

I've always referred to it as the LCD. My post above copied the exact invoice sent back from Leica. They call it the monitor.saxshooter said:

Search around the forums...I recall someone said their shutter was damaged and Leica said it wasn't a warranty fix and was charging them $750 or something. Don't remember where I read it though, sorry.
