M8 firmware upgrades

Hi.

My M8 has the 2.004 firmware upgrade and I simply wondered if anyone has a more recent upgrade and if so, what any benefits or pitfalls are. Essentially I'm very happy with my current set-up but would obviously like to have the benefit of any upgraded firmware so long as there are no little known horror stories.

I'm sorry, I know I'm being lazy😱 I have had a quick search but couldn't find anything and now work calls but hopefully someone may have an answer by the time I'm back at home😀

Updating was easy and painless.

Yup, my update went well too. With the previous version, I had been getting "Card locked" errors with one of my SD cards. Could be coincidental but the update seems to have solved the issue...

I updated to v. 2.005 yesterday.

Thankfully I've never had a single issue with my M8, so hopefully between that fact and the various upgrades I'll have a good few years of continual use from my M8... unless an M9 should appear 🙂

Haha. If an M9 should magically appear on my doorstep, I will use it 😉 Otherwise, my M8 will more than suffice ...
