M8 Lens Coder Kit?

I´ve been trying to find a lens coder kit and this one is the only one I have found....

70$+ something for shipping +24.5% taxes I have to pay when it arrives here in Iceland. The icelandic krona is not worth anything now and buyng stuff from another country has doubled in 6 months :bang:

Any other cheaper solutions out there???

You can do it yourself if you using the codes on this page, making a cutout of this template, and marking the codes with a sharpie.

I've got a kit and don't find it that useful. Takes a bit of fiddling around to get the markings right, and it rubs off after a few mount/dismounts.

I honestly cannot see the benefit in coding lenses (except for knowing what FL was used in the photo's EXIF). My "work" is not that critical.

If it is a gift the customs dont charge anything, but sometimes they dont belive it is a gift and charge you 24.5% of the original price.
