M8 pictures fake for sure!

This project is not related to the Digital M8 in any way; it is a film camera project.
Sorry but I didn’t understand your second point; what do you mean exactly?

It has features of the M3 (counter), M2 (lever, rewind knob, as on the M3), M5 (same shutter speeds wheel under the lever) … but the result is original. I can’t remember the specifications, but it is a cool camera.

My second point is that people trolling the internet for M8 pictures may make the same mistake I did.

There it is stated that these foto's are not defenitive.

A pity, because a think it is a real pretty "weniger is mehr" design.

I don't know who you are but where I come from one have to be 110% sure before accusing someone or something as a "fake". Not to mention he said it in absolute; "for sure!"

Look, before we all get to hating each other arguing about what picture is or isn't a fake... attached is a picture of the new M8 that I'm almost completely positive IS a fake. Okay, everybody take a deep breath... isn't it great to have a fake M8 picture which we all can agree is a fake?

The pictures of the M8 are on this site because I – yes I – opened a thread on Summilux.net about the M8 with a link to RFF. The “non definitive” mention refers to the fact they are not yet official; it does not mean they are fake.

It is in fact stating that these pictures are out there and are to be taken with a grain of salt. I know that in a mind that lacks shades of grey that means "it's a lie", with the nuance of language and gray area it means just that: "we don't have the facts, but there it is".

It also says "available soon!" --- I think the poster is, how do you say...emm...excited? Not something shared by many. Mais, a chacun le sien.

I am surprised at the high temper and vitriol caused by a few people daring to post pictures of what the new M8 may look like in 10 days. If the pictures are not accurate, the excitement of the new release will cause all to be forgotten and if they are accurate, you saw it here first. What's the problem? Some panties are really in wads. Or do we get extra points for believing or not believing the veracity of the depicted proposed camera? I must have missed the memo.
