M8 warrenty

This may sound like a stupid question, but what am I supposed to send off for the warrenty? There does not seem to be an obvious form in the documentation ........

What does it look like, so I can find it!

Ok - I think I am being an idiot as I thought I was supposed to send something off to get the warrenty, but it seems the card needs sending if there is an issue.

The card is in the box

Would be good to have clarification however, as I am sure I have read that it needs to be sent off within a month of purchase?

I'd call Leica: it used to be that you could register a new camera online and order the free filters due to M8 buyers, but I can't find the link on the Leica site. There is no passport warranty on the M8 in the US.
