A few days ago, we had a beautiful sunset here in Pensacola, and I drove to the beach just before sunset started. I carried with me a Leica M9 with CV 50mm/1.1, and an M8 with a CV 25mm/4. I have already posted the images from the CV 50/1.1 at RFF, and this is about the (cropped) images from the CV 25/4. The view is similar to that from a 35mm lens. This lens is a great bargain lens. I have the basic version without RF focusing. It is small and sharp and just wonderful to use.

This is the smugmug site where the images are saved.

Great shots with a nice camera. I have some also taken with my M8 here:

Oddly enough, I've never used a 25 Skopar on M8... and I have both the Snapshot Skopar (only used on film) and the bayonet mount Skopar (only used on M240). I've shot the 25 Biogon ZM on the M8 quite a lot though! I'll have to get a Skopar on the M8 someday soon...

Happy for you folks in that it works well. Mine seemed to be ok on film, but when digital came, decentering was obvious.

I now have an expensive paper weight. Original 12 & 15 have issues also. So 3 paper weights.

Guess if I will buy more CV products.

Odd! I bought my LTM (no RF Coupling) for $125 on Ebay about 3 years ago. It was what you can call UG at KEH. But it works so well.
