Thanks very much Icebear. I've enjoyed your shots lately too, that mural above and those great night shots at 1250 and even 1600 in colour.
This is back to ISO 160, 35 C Biogon again.
What a combo M9 and Biogon c35 Make . I'm completely smitten

It balances well. The Zeiss colour suits film very well - I was using Superia 200 a lot, and I really like the colours from the Zeiss lenses on the M9.
Black and white with the M9 is great too...ZM C Biogon 21:

The M9 can do cats, as the first page proved. Need the Nex or new M to focus beyond 100mm? Nope.

Nice cat pic
I assume you had very little time to take this picture. How easy is it to focus with the 135mm?

She doesn't stay still, but I guess I know her well enough to sense the timing.

Anil, she stayed a while there, a Russian Blue. The Tele-Elmar has a long focus throw and with so little use since it was made in the '70s it's a little stiff. Fast enough focus nevertheless I think. My enjoyment of that lens has been transformed by framing with the SHOOC finder.

50 C Sonnar. Manual exposure, for what would have been an in-camera automatic metering challenge.

I love the tonality of this. And those mountain shots are great. Welcome to the forum, I forgot to say earlier.

Chris, an M Monochrom would be superfluous for you. Nice shot.

Thanks Richard. I'll admit I'm really liking the M9 raw files - very rich and flexible. The high contrast look is easy to achieve, while a soft low contrast appearance suits some subjects better.
