In Lightroom I see more noise than banding, owing to two stops underexposure in the mid to three-quarter tones. I was going for the pattern on the "frosted" windows.

Lots of fun stuff this page! Fast (furious) 50s
Swoop, your pictures from the bridge are fun. I have taken my camera along there and considering where it is (an iconic photo-op spot), I found it was tricky to make photos given the distraction of the structure itself - but yours look good
