(and no, this last picture isn't of some dead guy.. it's Gigi, a famous character in Trapani. As the 24 hour Easter processions come to a dramatic conclusion, you can usually count on Gigi being overcome with emotion and fainting. I was lucky to be there to witness it 🙂 ).

Renzsu - I love this set, and especially the horse. Are you a fan of Josef Koudelka? Your work strongly reminds me of his.

Long day working on my new project.
Then on way home a makeshift Portrait Gallery in Trafalgar Square, shot through high windows.
A guy with a pristine silver Leica was around there, hoping for moments.
So I waited for him to come into my frame too, caught in reflection.

Hi Raid. The only thing I do is use the profile in LR5. LR4 had it also. I would assume there is some adjustment in the lens profile. When I have a chance I'll turn that off and repost so we all can see the difference. It's a good question. I like the lens, still learning how to keep it level.

Jim I use the Zeiss 18 with the Zeiss finder. I frame and then return to the Leica internal finder where smaller framelines and the rangefinder patch make it easier to centre and to keep the camera level. There is still the problem of not having the camera parallel to the face of the subject, but it certainly helps get a level shot. I find the M5 is the best camera for very wide lenses, but I haven't used the 18 on that, and don't know whether it can safely go on.
