No, I haven't yet either. But there is a guy named Phil Penman in NY.
He has some very nice images shot that way.
I tend to shoot my M9 in DNG uncompressed, and then convert to B&W if needed. I do have a few film Leica's and a Contax IIa that I use for B&W film only.
