Pretty radical, the shutter speed dial. Not a snowballs chance in hell they'd release a camera like that, I'd say. But, I've been wrong before😱 (unless its not a FF camera after all, in which case I've been right 🙂)
Funny: the 'A' on the dial will pretty much be the only visible setting with the dial sticking out that little. How on earth will it allow for '8000' to show? Unless the set shutter speed is visible in the viewfinder at all times... Ouch.
In general: I do not mind an M5-like design🙄, I'd even say its time we had one again!😱
EDIT: TOO FUNNY: a Shooting Mode indicator on top. Like you would be able to set Shutter Priority, or a Program Mode, whuahaha! Oh Gawd, that hurts... 🙂

It it's real, the shutterspeed dial placement looks like a rip-off from Ricoh; so we can have a head to head rumour death match between the M9 and the upcoming (rumoured) Ricoh interchangeable lens camera. With the always a good rumour, so must be coming eventually, Nikon DRF running up the middle. But hey, I grew up with the OM system, so I'm not adverse to unusual shutter-speed dial placement.

good grief. The PLAY and DELETE buttons still one next to the other, buttons still too small and too close to each other...? BIG body.... relatively small screen.... I can only hope this is a fake mock-up.

I have to admit to being a fan of minimalism ... if Leica can produce a camera that delivers the goods and looks like your description ... I think people (certain people) will be falling over themselves to get their hands on one!

10 to 12 MPix with IQ similar to Canon CMOS, with high ISO noise like film grain, truly quiet shutter - that would be fine to see. They can do that, I know, we know...
