WooHoo! After a month of waiting for my replacement card, Customer Service is referring me to the Shipping Department to find out why it is taking so long!

I hope the guy in the Shipping department figures out how to format my card. I'm going out on a limb here, and am going to suggest staying away from Sandisk UHS-1 SD cards unless you need a write-only memory card.
