Need some recommendations for good mail order labs in USA for processing and scanning 35mm Delta 100 and Velvia 50. The only mail order name I know is Dwaynes but how is their quality? Let me know.

I think you are better off explaining the type of quality you expect from a lab... especially when it comes to scans. The scans from many of these places aren't very good in my opinion. However, others find them to be acceptable.

I've been using this, seems to be good. Neil, the owner is more than knowledgeable and kind-hearted. $2.99/$3.20 for B&W/C-41 35mm/120 could be the best price you can find out. If you send in 10 rolls in a time, it's $19.9.. <$2 per roll is unbeatable IMO.
HoweverI don't think their prints are top notch, never tried scan. Developing is good (I'm kindda noobie, don't really know how to judge it) They are using nice develop machines and use chemicals single time.
One thing, they did cut one of my Xpan shots in the middle for one time,which I can forgive, since it's pure handwork. You can opt for uncut though

I use NCPS with no complaints. I'm sure there are other good places out there.
However... I do NOT recommend Thedarkroom.com unless you like high prices along with amateur level scans. The hi rez scans that I got from them had fine grid (linen like look) lines, and they would not provide an explanation as to why.

I also recommend NCPS but I found thedarkroom.com was almost as good. Anybody tried Dwayne's? Prices are very good.

Dwayne's was the only choice for Kodachrome slides. They were OK for customer service

I love http://www.4photolab.com for developing my slide film. I scan myself (coolscan 4000) so I can't comment on their scanning.

I've send 35mm to both NCPS and to Precision (sponsor here).
Both are excellent. They have the same equipment, I was told.
35mm scans are quite high res and very good, but they are limited to jpeg. I can make scans that are a little better with my Nikon Coolscan V, but only with a lot of work.
Either of these labs is great for shoot, mail, and then enjoy the scans.
