Makina 67 Light leak?

Hi so i've been having this problem with my Makina67 for a while now. I sent it off to be fixed by Plaubel, only to have the same Problem upon it's return. I sent it back had the light seals changed and have got the same problem. :bang:

Plaubel seem to be pretty sure that the camera is light tight, but i keep getting this problem! Usually at the beginning of the rolls (but not always).

The film has been loaded and unloaded from the camera after dark.

Also shot a few over exposed picture direct into sunlight to see if it might be a weird flare problem with no obvious results. Also taken shots with the lens cap on after the camera has been left in the sun for a while.

It's what seems to be a light leak in exactly the same place on the frame. Sometimes it's massive, other times it's tiny. I get this problem with developing film myself, and sending it off to the Lab so i don't think it's anything to do with the developing stage.

Anybody have any ideas?

That is bizarre. Make sure that the lens is tightly mounted. I don't have mine in front of me, but I seem to recall a retaining ring on the inside. Make sure it is snug and make sure the front element portion of the lens is snug. Can't think of anything else considering Plaubel checked it out.
