um, yeah. News flash: the internet is not real life :/ Next week the Times will share a report from the Red Cross on the inhumane conditions suffered by those waiting for respawn in online shooters :/
The real story is people use technology to annoy and disturb, same as always. My real beef is this story is yet another hyping a forum called "/b/." Nobody ever heard of it until the New York Times started running articles about it disguised as social commentary. I'm really kind of tired of ignorant New York journalists acting like because they heard about something, it must be the most important thing on earth to everyone whether they know it or not. I get the feeling a certain forum is trying to cash on google ads.
