Good evening, I have borrowed a Mamiya 645 pro tl. I've managed to locate a manual online but I'm still unsure about something. It has an unmetered prism and I'm using an external meter.

When I transfer the readings to the camera before tripping the shutter do I have to stop the lens down manually by turning the switch on the lens to M?

No. The Mamiya 645 series stop-down automagically.
