Seems like I am having issue with the metering system. The "LT" kept flashing no matter what shutter speed/ISO setting is. I have tried 3 different batteries; cleaned the gold lens contact; cleaned the lens contact, so far no success... I tried lenses on a mamiya 7 body and there is no issue. Pretty sure it's from mamiya 7II body.

Anyone has any experience? Would appreciate any input.

I have a similar issue with blinking LT, but only in cold weather (under 15 degrees celsius). Works fine indoors.

Anyone has any ideas?

Here's the factory service manual for the Mamiya 7. It might help diagnose your problem:

Page 29 tells you that the flashing LT light is caused by several possible problems with the camera's circuitry, mostly things having loose soldering. This is not a do it yourself job, I'd send it to a professional repairman.
