I also checked the dutch Mamiya site. they have a message saying (rough translation):
" There are rumors on the internet that Mamiya will seize production of it's cameras. This is not true! On the contrary, Mamiya will merge forces with Cosmo, a Japanese IT-company specialized in digital solutions (...) "
Time will tell how it all sorts out.
