Wait, you've found stuff in goodwills site that sold under market value? I gave up on the place a while ago as items generally sold way above eBay prices, had less descriptive info and no guarentee of functionality.
I've passes on good deals here which were flippable in the hope someone who actually wanted it ended up with the goods. I've also posted quite a few deals on eBay here in case people wanted them. And I've gotten plenty of thank you emails from excited buyers.
I'm sure people buy here and resell - they do the same with KEH as they price to protect their reputation - but lets not overstate this. Most good deals here are 10-20% below going price. Typically too low margin and for people to bother flipping, particularly with fickle buyers out there.

Jon, you're located in China IIRC, I have a feeling that geography plays a serious role here.
US/Canada is one continent.
Europe the other.
buying/selling between them or, worse, from outside them seems to be much harder.
People don't like to bother with int'l shipping/customs/problems. I also have the feeling that people trust more people that are geographically close, which may be a mistake (there are crooks everywhere) or not (you may not be aware of the type of business running in a country that is totally foreign to you. The average income alone can be a pretty good indicator of how likely someone is to try to rob you).
