Hello All
I was surprised to find recently that there's no Walter Mandler Image tribute thread on RFF.
There is this discussion thread, with a list of Mandler lenses:
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=85861
So how about honouring a Great Lens Designer with some selected/quality pictures taken with "his" lenses?
And of his lenses.
I'll start:
First is a picture of my son taken with 1st version Tele-Elmarit "Fat" on a Leica M4.
Second is my pair of M4-Ps with 35mm Summicron IV and 75mm Summilux attached.
Please add your images to this thread.

Le surrèalisme, c'est moi
I've owned a 35mm Summilux pre-asph, and a 90mm Elmar 3-element. I liked the pre-asph. Haven't developed the photos from the Elmar yet. Was my 50 'cron V3 also designed by Mandler?

Yes. The only 50/2 not designed by his team is the collapsible.
Roland.
