Just coming to grips - literally - with this lens. Handheld shots, especially vertical format, are a bit of a challenge although the Viso III is certainly better than my IIa for this.

Good to see results from the 200. It's one of my favorite lenses, although I find it easier to use with the Viso II than the III because the II has the adjustable eyepiece. Good work. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, presspass. My Viso IIa is a screwmount version so of course I need to use the III with the M4. The "fast mirror up" mode on the III seems better to me, as it allows you to lower the trigger arm further before firing while still viewing the image.
However, like you, I prefer the II prism with its adjustable eyepiece so I use it on the III body. I don't mind that I have to remove the prism before removing the Viso main body. Here's the whole beastly assemblage:

This was shot with a 35 summicron iv on tmax 100 that I had found in a bulk loader at the thrift store !!!
