Hello,
Some time ago, I had over-tightened the extension of the center section. It's stuck. I stupidly forget exactly which part to grip and where to turn to loosen it. And if I can do that - no small feat at this point - I want to know if there is something I can do (aside from not overtightening) to prevent this in the future.
