Last weekend I spent an afternoon in Manhattan Beach, California shooting my Fujifilm GA645ZI with a roll of Fuji Acros 100 and a Nikon O56 orange filter. I set the meter on the camera to ISO 40 to compensate for the filter. All of the shots are automatic focus and exposure. The film was developed and scanned at NCPS.

the auto exposure sure handles white very well.

Hi Chris,
The Fujis do a great job! I ride along the Strand/bike path all the time. I usually take a Super Isolette folder. Been shooting medium format in these areas a lot. That house is pretty cool, but seems like they have problems keeping the glass intact. It's been boarded up for awhile now.

I was not happy with the camera for color. To me the quality of most of the pictures was no better than my DLSR with a good lens at far more cost per frame. However after shooting a few rolls of Acros 100 and TMAX 100 I am thrilled with the results. Almost all of the shots are beautifully exposed and have incredible resolution, detail, and tone. The only sound the camera ever makes (one I turned off the annoying beep) is the film advancing. You never hear the shutter. Thee complete lack of shutter vibration makes shooting hand held shots with shutter speeds as slow as 1/15 a breeze. The GA645ZI is the easiest to use medium format camera I have ever tried or owned.

Nice shots, Chris. The Fuji GA645 AFs are a lot of fun and really easy to handle. The IQ is amazing.
