I collect, restore and use vintage cameras, so I have a lot of links for instruction manuals. these are some of the best links:

Next you do a search for your camera and add the words "instruction manual."

Then you check the camera manufacturer's website, if he is still in business.

Finally, if all else fails and you have to buy one, these guys have probably got it:
