Before you spring for a G1 check to see if it uses an IR sensor in the wind/counter function.

The F2 would do fine with an accessory finder. Gives you a range of <35mm focl lengths.

Leica M4 can provide an exposure of 2sec: set shutter speed to bulb, arm selftimer, release self timer.

It does. But it is no issue with current IR film, whose sensitivity does not even reach 850nm. For sheer cost reasons I'd assume the same to be true for every camera (it certainly is for the Fuji GA645Zi and the M7 DX reader), as ultra-near-IR LEDs in the 700-820nm range are very special and expensive.

IR LEDs can be made down into the thermal band - even "near IR" ranges from 750nm to 2500nm, the non-film safe range below 850nm hence is a tiny, rather special part of the range LEDs are capable of. YMMV with Kodak HIE - that one reached up to a more vulnerable 920nm (850-1000nm LEDs are in the lowest price range), and reportedly the G1 transport sensor exposes a black line onto its perforation.

if you really don't mind having an SLR, the Minolta XE has got 1, 2 et 4 seconds settings. It's quite cheap also.
