Some years ago I was into "academic" art-photography, and when I wanted to do some print matting and asked around, the concensus pointed to the Alto's EZmat as a quality item at a good price, with enough versatility to get some useful effects. There are more mechanized mat production machines, but this one is fine for hand work.
So I mail-ordered one and was pleased. Very nicely made, and in an attractive robins-egg blue plastic. Then I noticed where the factory was... six blocks distance from where I live, in a rather small town in a rural area! And it turns out I know the owner too; I knew he was invoved in the arts, but wasn't aware of the mat-cutter business. Well, good for him, and good for our town!
I'm glad you're enjoying your "new" 45mm for the Bronica... That's a nice lens and is usefully wide. Are you using the external viewfinder?
