I recently sold my Hadley Pro, Billingham bag, because I found it too big for the M7 and two lenses, film and Ricoh GRDIV, just for travel... day a day I carry my camera around my neck.

I'm choosing between Tanizawa bags, Porter by Yoshida, A&A 1100, Fogg B-Minor, or buy again the Hadley Small... what's your opinion? Another camera into the equation?

I'm tall, 6 ft 8 in. the A&A isnt for me. straps are MUCH too short. could be an important criteria for you.

the billingham and fogg bags are pure quality. getting a fogg myself and got a billingham hadley large.

i'd also have a look at the bare bones bag which will fit your gear and is preferable if you want your gear to be safe & unobtrusively stowed away.
 
I know it's off topic but this reminds me of a London Press photographer I came across in the mid 'sixties. He used to go everywhere with a beaten up leather briefcase, the upright, top opening type that British lawyers were fond of.

When he opened it, out would come a Leica, a Rollei TLR or even a Nikon. I asked him about this once and he simply asked me "How many tea-leaves can you think of who'd waste time grabbing this old bag?"

It's a thought, certainly.
 
I have a BBB-E and its a nicely made bag. Slim profile lies flat against the body and would fit the gear you mentioned. Mine however is the early version that doesn't fit the ipad easily. The outer pockets I find too tight to fit anything other than slim stuff. The bag is made for wearing across the chest as the strap even with its shoulder pad refuses to stay on your shoulder.
I recently bought the Think Tank Citywalker 10 which is even bigger than my Hadley but I like the weight, the pockets and the grippy strap and would love them to bring out an even smaller slimmer bag for RF users.

Depends on whether you want zippers, two latches, one latch, and how often you think you're going to be into the bag in a given day. Personally I'm drawn to the Fogg bag as it only has one latch -- using the zippers on that A&A bag would drive me nuts every time I wanted to change a lens, unless I wanted to walk around all day with the bag unzipped.
 
I have 2 Billinghams and 2 Foggs the oldest dating back more than 25 years. All are beautifully made and built to last a lifetime. However, probably the bag I've used most over the last few years is a little K-gear (Kinesis) waist bag. Holds a RF with a lens attached and another lens or two.... Just before Christmas though I bought a Millican Stephen waist/shoulder bag. Not technically a camera bag but more than good enough for this little black duck. I love the roll top opening which would make it almost impervious to rain. Really well made. very comfortable to carry and big enough with room to spare for a small camera system plus all the little extras that go with modern life. Have a look at their website. Nice people with lots of other goodies for sale.

Wow those are really nice! I like the 'Mark' bag -- it actually has two internal elasticized pockets, so you could use them as lens holders.
 
I have the A&A 1100. It's great. I have squeezed two film Ms and four lenses into it but my routine is one M, usually now the M9, and two extra lenses.
 
I like Billingham bags having bought 3 in my life and all are still good, the oldest being 30 years old. I have also recently bought a Lowepro Stealth Reporter D200 and that is really different in its construction but great value for money if you shop around. I chose it for my expanding Nikon kit as a high degree of weatherproofing is important.
 
Thank You all!!! I've realized, the Yoshida Porter is the small one but... I don't know if is a strong bag as the A&A or Billingham so my choice will be between those two.. hadley or 1100

I have this bag, as well as the ACAM 7100 model. They use the same size insert, the difference being the weather protection overflap, the height of the surrounding material, and closure style. I like the GCAM 1100 a lot for day to day use as the bag overall is a bit trimmer, but the ACAM 7100 model is more convenient in the layout of its pockets, the way the opening works when getting things in and out while shooting, and the weather protection afforded by the overflap.

Your gear will fit fine in the ACAM 7100 model, a little more tightly in the GCAM 1100 model. Both are light and very nicely made. The straps are designed to hang the bag off your right or left shoulder, they're a little too short for a comfortable bandolier-style carry for someone of average height and build.

The "Oskar's One Day Bag Mark II" by Black Label Bag, sold by The Photo Village in New York City, is very similar to the A&A ACAM 7100 model. It's just a little bit more roomy, has a nicer padded insert, a longer strap, better weather sealing on the zippers, and includes an external, zipped, weather sealed battery/card pocket. It's what I actually use for travel most of the time. Also beautifully made, just like the A&A models it is derived from. This is a serious favorite of mine, I've had it since Spring 2011 and have used it extensively.

I looked at the ONA bags too, and ultimately decided against them. If you read the reviews of them (like the Union Street), access to that front pocket is an issue if the main compartment of the bag is full. Nice looking bags, but after a closer look I personally chose to not get one.
