I have a tiny zip lock for a single spare battery and I keep the SD card in their orig. antistatic mini flip case. This way everything stays clean. Several SD card cases are just stacked and hold together with a rubber band. Both go into the top flap zipper pouch of my Domke F-6 (little bit smaller), simple and done. Effective and no extra weight.

More or less like Icebear, except without the rubber band. With the Domke 803 I would keep the unused cards in one of the top zipper pockets on the flap, and then after I used them, put them in the other. I was disappointed that the Transcends don't come cases (though I have enough cases from my 1gb Sandisk days to compensate.)
The BLB "Oskar's One Day Mark II" bag has a built in external zip-up pocket, with weathersealed zipper, for cards and batteries. Fits up to six cards in little pockets, and two-three batteries depending on their size.
You can see it on the left in this photo:
This bag was my replacement for the Billingham Hadley Pro. It's smaller outside, but due to it's shape it carries more.
Reviving an old thread because I'm curious of what others are using. This is an old pic (sold the camera awhile ago), but I still use the case for film/batteries/etc. It's a zip case for my wife's old glucose meter.
