A number of folks will be in town for the LHSA meeting (Leica Historical Society) so it would be nice to greet them with open arms and share a beer and maybe do some strolling/shooting. I believe our very own Tom A will be in town and you can finally meet him in person.
How about a 6PM meetup at the Irish Bank? It's not far from the location of the LHSA meeting and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. It's also centrally located for those of us who have to drive in and it's a fine place to start wandering from.

Like Donald, I was surprised by LHSA's pretty-high additional fees for events/outings.
So I agree we should charge LHSA members for an evening with Real Local Photographers.
