I'd like to ask if anybody wearing glasses has some experience with the megaperls magnifiers on an 0.85x Leica. I have a 1.35 mag from them for the ZI, and it works great for the 85mm frame, although I am still trying to find a piece of appropriately fitting rubber tube on it, in order to avoid problems with potentially shifting diopter correction lens and to create a neat soft border which would not scratch my glasses....

I have an 0.85x M7 now, which I use primarily with 50mm lenses, but it would be nice to get a tighter viev for the 75 and 90mm.

My questions are:
Is the 1.15x wide enough to permit a good vision of the 75mm frame (for a glass wearer), and is the 1.35x doing the same for the 90mm?

Are there any other user comments that would be worth noting?

Thanks in advance.

I have found liquid electrical tape to work wonders for preventing eyeglass scratches and gently holding things in place. It comes off quite easily, too, with just a bit of rubbing. No chemicals needed.
