Megaperls, Stacking 1.25 magnifiers

Couple of related questions:

1. Does anyone make generic 1.25x magnifiers that are stackable?
2. Anyone have any onput of the Megaperls 1.35 unit - or recommendation on a better/similar product?

I've just ordered the 1.35 mag from them for my M7 0.85x - when it arrives next week(hopefully) I can tell you how it works with the 75 and 90mm lenses.
