Australia/New Zealand Melb. Camera Market

Damn, I am busy that weekend even if I could get down there and find a place to stay. I am photographing a double christening, as well as doing some street, landscape and touristy shooting as well in the small country town I will be in.

Have fun and don't succum to the GAS attack that will deffinitely happen (unless you happen to find a true bargain).

I have to say it was a little lacklustre this time. It has been getting quieter over the years. I can't keep up-to-date prices in my head for more than 1 or 2 cameras anyway, so I wouldn't know a bargain if it drove over me in a truck.

Whoo hoo, it's coming up again...

Sunday March 12th 8:30am Camberwell Centre (tram 75 3 stops past camberwell junction). Maybe I'll spend more than $10 this time :)

Sorry I missed the Melbourne Market last weekend - my wife was visiting from Perth: a distinct contra indication for GAS!! I will be around this weekend, but in Singapore next week. Give me a call if there is anything on in Melbourne.

Thanks

It was quite good this time. Lots of Bronica stuff, but I couldn't persuade myself to buy anything. Some amazing looking TOYO 4x5's $700 for the camera, $350 for the lens. Not so much in the rangefinders, some Feds, Some Leica.
