Australia/New Zealand Melbourne Photo Market

Crap... Always happens... I was in Melbourne early last month! :bang: Oh well, there's a camera show & sale here in Denver on the same day... AND I might go down to a local dealer in the next week or so & hold the M8... It'll be the first (& probably last) time I'm in the same room with the camera so many people have been talking about (cough... did I hear someone say ad nauseam???) :D

BTW I thinks its Lygon St Festa next Saturday (14th). A good opportunity for some shots. I've never been.

Hi Joey,

I believe there is. Next time you're in the newsagent check out the Photographic Trader, it's a yellow bi-weekly paper. It lists all the camera fairs around the country as well as classifieds of private sales. Well worth a look, as it gives a fairly good indication of current market values, as well as tips, etc.

The advert for the coming Melbourne market is a little confusing. It actually reads "Sunday March 8th" but because that date doesn't exist and because its a little jumbled I think it is meant to say "Sunday March 18th". That would be next week :)
