Member Gallery Quick Links

Just realized that there's no way (or possibly I haven't found the way) to quickly click through to a member's Gallery under their Avatar or even through their public profile page. You have to go to the Member Gallery and search for the member name.

Am I missing something? I'm new here. It's possible I have missed the quick links if there are any.

Recently I saw an image posted from a member but it was hosted on Flickr. I wanted to include that image in the thread "Gallery picks for the week ending...." because I thought it was a brilliant image and did not want to step outside the bounds of the thread title by posting an image from on off-site link. I assumed I could click through to their RFF gallery easily and see if the same image was on RRF gallery but it became a bit of a fox hunt. Eventually I gave up looking for the users Gallery link and copied the username into the gallery search in the Member Gallery section.

Hi Paolo,

The best way is for members to be encouraged to put a link to their gallery here in their sigs. Few do though I've noticed ... usually flickr or similar.

Yeah I know what your saying Keith. For whatever reasons people overlook housekeeping on their user profile signature. I have not done one yet for no real reason actually.

Just thougt a User Gallery Quick link is a pretty relevant thing to have in the drop down menu under a persons avatar although I'm not a programmer so it may not be as simple as flicking a switch.

I really want to look at some other people's gallery, but I really can't believe anyone would want to see mine.
