Meta35 fails

Meta35 does not upload to my iMac any files from the Nikon F6 from the roll I took earlier today. I'm following the instructions exactly. Is there any F6 custom menu setting that needs to be set? Any of you all using it I'd appreciate your input. I have latest software version; good connections, all the usual suspects appear to be accounted for. Thanks in advance:bang::bang:

Just be sure if you get it, that when you connect the camera cable to the USB dongle from M35, you press it ALL the way in to the receptacle, you'll be good to go. Ask me how I know that. 😀 😀 😀

Hi Frank,

Just saw your thread this moment. I had the F6 and meta35 kit but only used the meta35 a couple of times. My first thought was to check the cables and connections as I had a problem with that too first time I tried it. I'm glad you got there! 🙂
