Miami After Dark - Oly 25 and 45

It is really worthwhile to click and dee your photos, thanks. I recently visited the Wim Wenders exhibition "America" and one of the comments he made about his work is that in his photos rarely are people but you can "feel" they are around. Similar applies to this series which I think is between Wenders photos and Hopper paintings. Bravo!

Thanks again all for looking and comments! I hadn't read that much about Hido before (other than seeinging the cute girls he mixes in with his beautiful desolate landscapes. Thanks! definitely will be making me think about him more! I like Shore, of course! :)

Andy, glad you reconsidered! Thanks for the compliment and getting back to me! I guess I am partially guilty as charged. I want to send people to my website/blog so they see my work in more entirety if they choose. You'd be surprised how many people go there without seeing my stuff beforehand and end up liking the work and going through many of my galleries. Also, the way my work functions in my mind is as a complete body of work instead of me being able to shoot "award winning" individual photographs. That's why I hate trying to choose a single "teaser" image to represent the whole set being posted.

Looked up images from that America show -- WOW!!! So jealous! Wish I could have seen it!
