It seems kind of random for me, sometimes instant, but generally requiring 60 days. I just kind of forget about it and then I get an e-mail saying I've got money out of the blue. That's almost nicer, in a way 😛

I saw it when the site was called "Live" and saved $200 on a $900 Leica M4. Was I happy? Oh yeah. Would I complain about how often they did it or the %age? Hey! It was a great deal. They didn't HAVE to do it, right? Turning down free money? Why would I do that. It's like Sarah Palin turning down stimulus money (which legislature just overturned). Makes no sense to me. 😀

For no reasons I am aware of, my cashback account has been closed. I contacted customer service, and they wrote me that since I have "violated Mixrosoft agreements", my account has been closed and any saved money is confiscated. I asked twice how I have violated the agreement, but I am getting no response to my inquiry. My cash is gone.
