Mine arrived

We need pictures of your pet cat or dog! If you don't have a cat or a dog, what are you doing on a camera forum!?

Anyway, is this from cameraworld? Did they have any of the 'accessories' in stock?

After months of hand wringing angst someone finally has an X100 ... we should do something special.

A fireworks display maybe! :D

Yep, all those poor unsuspecting cats ... there sleeping, in blissful ignorance of the torrent of photographers that are about to descend on them :D ... one has to have some pity ...

I have two cats that are most amenable for photographic shoots, you're welcome round at any time so long as I can have a play with the X100....oh come on, after all the broo-haha who isn't intrigued!!

I'm assuming you're the same Larky that shot the G8 protests in London with nothing but a 14mm? This must be a telephoto for you?!

Yep, that's me. I remember that day well :)

Yep, London. I'm happy to pub meet for a group fondle, you can hold the camera as well. :)

I got mine from London Camera Exchange on the Strand, great guys with amazing customer service. Robin especially treated me incredibly well. They have sold out.

No accessories yet, but hood, battery and maybe case on pre order.

I'll post pictures later, back at work now. I don't have any pets, so I'll steal the neighbours.

Yes, it is beautiful.

Good heavens,

they're getting ready to open up the floodgates of X100-cat-shots on all of us now!

I'm ready to pick up all those dead-cheap Hexar AF's until people start wanting them again, and then sell them back with profit :p

Yup, a digital hexar AF really...

_Larky wins the crazy race that was waiting for Fuji X100 in this forum, congratulations.

I'm afraid that is not going to happen. X100 really is a game changer whether we like it or not. Almost every serious photographer would eventually want of one these, or its similar competition.
