Hi--
The aperture dial on my Minister D won't cover the range it's meant to...it gets to a point (opening and closing) where it feels jammed.
I can get the front (and back) lens elements off, remove the brass ring, the speed/shutter dial and the brass plate underneath...but I'm hoping there's a way to neatly remove the "disc" on which the clockwork-like shutter mechanism is mounted. so that I can have a look and possibly un-jam whatever's jamming the inner-most aperture machinery.
Any help's appreciated!

Yeah, I still use film...
but I'm hoping there's a way to neatly remove the "disc" on which the clockwork-like shutter mechanism is mounted.
No such luck, I'm afraid. :bang:
Everything would have to be removed piece by piece to reach the aperture blades.
If you attempt this feat, you are braver than I...

Cheers, Master Sergeant.
I took _nearly_ everything apart yesterday, but I couldn't figure out how to remove the iris module from the shutter's machinery. Sooo close.
I'll have to have another attempt sometime.
