Minolta 7Sii RF adjustment

In another thread, bluelight stated that one of the RF adjustments (horizontal, I presume) is located in the film chamber of the Minolta HiMatic 7Sii. I've sent a PM to the OP.

Does anyone else have any experience with this repair? I have a really nice 7Sii that GeneW gifted me with (thanks!), but it is misaligned and I'd like to set it straight ASAP. Can't wait to burn some light through that lens!

Jeeze, Petroleum... you should see and hear me complaining about fractured language, lack of grammar and the utter stupidity of people who don't understand the use of the apostrophe! If you only knew me, you wouldn't be so NASTY, er... Nasby. There, how does that impact you?

I purposely used that phrase as a colloquialism that I recognize is not correct English; I just thought it was a bit of fun.

In any event, bluelight (thank you!) kindly replied to my PM and made the RF adjustment yesterday. I was a bit embarrassed, actually, as the access to the horizontal adjustment is in a spot almost identical to many of the Olympus RFs that I have. Duh!
