Minolta Hi-Matic 9 shutter issue

Hello I have a Minolta Hi-Matic 9

Initially the blades we stuck so I opened it up and was able to clean them. They currently work at all speeds except 60 and 30. Slow speeds are working well and anything above 60 is fine bit completely dead at 60 and 30...

Has anyone come across this before?

I have just discovered that if I am on either 30 or 60 and press the shutter there is a click. If I then turn the shutter dial the shutter to 15 or 125 the shutter opens at the respective set speed.

Alright so I found the problem. When I put it back together and tightened the outer ring it seemed lime the light meter was slightly to the right of center. It was tight though (not over tight) so I left it. This evening I was going to go back in and re-clean the blades. Then I started to back the outer ring out the light meter moved over into the right spot so I decided to tighten and re test. When I did so the retining ring tightened an addition few turns and once seated properly the camera now works at all speeds.

I'm new here tonight forum. Do these threads get marked solved?
