I snagged one of these for $10 at the community darkroom garage sale over the weekend. I ran a roll of Kodak Gold 200 through it and I was impressed. It produced some nice looking images.

Those are some good shots you have got there. I have to agree with you. The Hi-matic F is a great camera with a lovely sharp lens, especially when paired with a nice flash. I got mine for around $10 NZ at a whim, wadded up some tinfoil to fit some batteries and i was away

I also got the Hi-Matic cheaply (in very condition and with almost full batteries!) for about $ 18,-
y4m4, you ask about the film? It was a very cheap Jessops (ISO 200) film, because I did not know if the cam worked properly. Now, I know that it works great, so next film will probably a BW400CN (which actually is one of my favourite films).
