Hello there,
While playing with my Minolta MD lens on my Pentax K20D, I had an idea. Since the problem with the lens is that you can't go far enough to actually get infinity, I reflected, thinking about my experience with Russian lenses, that a theoretical solution solution could simply be to go past the normal infinity point and get to the actual infinity?
I haven't dismentled any of my Minolta lenses for that (but since I have three 50/1.7, why not sacrifice one) but I wanted to know if you thought there could be a possible limitation to that?
It would be way easier than resorting to plastic surgery, machine tools and 1.36453638mm shimming?
